At Fair Winds Coffee Traders (FWCT), we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality coffee beans and ground coffee. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy to ensure food safety and product freshness.
All Sales Are Final – No Returns Accepted
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans and ground coffee, we do not accept returns of any products, whether opened or unopened. Once your order leaves, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
14-Day Window for Quality Issues
If you receive your order and believe there is a quality issue (for example, the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

We may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Return shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer too post the credit to your account.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective or misrepresented products. We stand behind the quality of our coffee and will address legitimate issues fairly. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
